Gym

The Melbourne Sport and Aquatic Centre - Albert Park - has a fully equipped gymnasium including with the latest state of the art fitness equipment. Some of the equipment availabe in the gym at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre - Albert Park - includes FITCHECK health analysis, free program, power plates, TRX stretch units, personal training, and over 100 fitness classes a week in our peloton and class studios. Platinum membership also includes use of all pools, spa, sauna, steam room and our Wellness Zone. Creche facilities available for members.

Wellness Zone

The Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) - Albert Park - Wellness Zone includes both a Pilates and Yoga studio  that offer a range of classes including floor and reformer Pilates, as well as Ashtanga, Hatha, Power Balance yoga. The hydrotherapy pool with full disability access is perfect for low impact exercise or injury rehabilitation, and our massage zone will ensure you always enjoy your visit to this unique MSAC Wellness Zone.

MSAC has multi level car park with disabled access, free to members and includes a priority ‘red zone’ pass for platinum members.
