Q: How do I use the site?

A: The site is designed around simplicity. On the search page, select the service you're looking for and enter your suburb; the search result/s matching this criteria will be populated. From here you are able to view a detailed profile about each facility- including a 360 degree virtual tour, a series of photographs, staff profiles and driving directions with a map. You are also able to download discount vouchers for selected services.

Q: Why do I need to fill in my contact details when downloading a voucher? And what are my details used for?

A: To enable your nominated facility or service to provide you with the highest level of service, your contact details are sent straight to the service provider whom you download the voucher from. These details enable the service provider to contact you to arrange your appointment time.

Q: I can't view the virtual tours, is there specific software I need to view them?

A: To view the virtual tours you need to have Adobe Flash Player 8 or higher installed on your system. You can do this by clicking on the following link and installation instructions. Adobe Flash Player

Q: How do I view the virtual tours?

A: When you are viewing a facility profile with 3 x 360° virtual tours, simply click on "Take a Tour" to view the virtual tour for that service.

Q: I've encountered an error or problem on your site how can I report this?

Businesses

Q: I work in the health industry and would like to list my business, what do I need to do?

A: Getting started is simple, complete the "List your Business Form" and a team member will contact you to discuss your needs and the benefits of listing your business on Your Health Central.

Q: How do Businesses go about ensuring the information on their listing is up to date?

A: Every business has access to thier listing 24 hours a day by simply logging into their online account. Our content management system is designed so that even a novice can update thier listing, no experience is required. All you need is your account login and password.

Q: My business is very successful, I don't like the idea of offering vouchers can this be removed?

A: Yes, through your online account management you have the ability to customise your listing, including removing the download voucher. However, the download voucher is a great way to generate genuine, qualified, enquiries, promote new staff or for seasonal promotions.

Q: Can I list in more than one category?

A: Yes, you can choose to be listed in as many categories as you like. You may be asked to provide evidence of your ability to provide the relevant service in your advertised categories.

Q: I've lost my username or password how can I retrieve it?

A: Please email info@yourhealthcentral.com.au for your password to be reset.
